We chose Jennie Bretschneider, owner of Davis Wills & Trusts, to update our older Revocable Trust when our children were young. My wife's and my experience with Jennie Bretschneider at Davis Wills and Trusts was first rate in all respects. We presented a somewhat complicated situation - second marriage (20 years), five children between us, many grandchildren, two houses, his/her IRAs, pensions, etc. We felt immediately at ease with Jennie, as she instilled great confidence that preparing our trust (actually two) was entirely manageable and, for us, essentially "painless" in terms of what we needed to do to get from start to finish in three stages.
