Founder
Our founding attorney, Jennie Bretschneider, established Davis Wills & Trusts, because she truly enjoys helping other people.
For Jennie, being a lawyer means having a special relationship with each client that lasts into the future. She loves listening to her clients’ stories, and hearing about their life paths, their challenges, and their hopes for the future.
As a member of WealthCounsel, a national network of more than 2,000 attorneys who specialize in estate planning, Jennie participates in regular education programs to stay up-to-date on estate, tax and business law.
Before focusing on estate planning, Jennie served for many years in the California Legislature and Secretary of State working on privacy, technology, and foster care laws.
Jennie serves as Vice-President of the Yolo Community Foundation Board of Directors and as a member of the University Retirement Community Foundation Committee.
